• Redstone is a property management and development company based in Burlington, Vermont. We work across commercial, residential, student housing, and affiliate properties—primarily in Chittenden County, with our commercial portfolio extending beyond the state. We are One Redstone—modern place makers who believe work is more than an office and that thoughtfully designed spaces empower people and communities. Our team is agile, adaptable, and driven by empathy, approaching every project with a shared sense of purpose. We are guided by our core values: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusivity, Efficiency, and Pride of Place.

Why is being connected to the community important to your business?

• At Redstone, community starts beyond the property line. As locals who live and work in the places we serve, we feel a strong responsibility to contribute positively to their character and vitality.
