Job Posting: Coordinator of Volunteer Management
United Way of Northwest Vermont’s RSVP and Foster Grandparent Programs are seeking a Coordinator of Volunteer Management. As the primary contact for both our volunteers and partner organizations, the Coordinator is responsible for volunteer screening and placement, training and oversight, as well as tracking volunteer hours.
Our successful candidate will thrive on creating a positive experience for our volunteers, enjoy a team approach to reaching shared goals and be skilled in building and maintaining the strong community relationships that make our work possible. If you are at ease with juggling multiple projects, masterful at keeping track of loose ends, and a skilled communicator, we’d like to hear from you. Volunteer management or non-profit experience and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
